5. Tiêu chuẩn giáo viên giảng dạy các lớp
Trước khi giảng dạy tại hệ thống, các giáo viên đều phải trải qua quy trình training kéo dài 1 tháng với 6 buổi dạy thử bắt buộc và hội đồng giám khảo chấm dạy thử hơn 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở lĩnh vực đào tạo giáo viên
